VISEGRADIA

About

This project addresses the growing threat of online disinformation via an interactive, scenario-based educational game specifically tailored for audiences in the Visegrad region. Its objective is to enhance critical thinking and media literacy skills, particularly among students and young professionals, by allowing participants to actively engage with realistic examples of manipulation.

Through this initiative, we seek to foster resilience against disinformation across Central Europe, empowering individuals to critically engage with digital content and strengthen democratic participation.

This project was created through a collaboration between Adapt Institute, Centre for Euro-Atlantic Integration and Democracy (CEID), Klub Jagielloński, and the PRINCEPS Risk Intelligence Institute.

This project is co-financed by the governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from the International Visegrad Fund. The Fund promotes regional cooperation in Central Europe by supporting projects in the areas of education, innovation, democratic development, and cross-border collaboration. Its mission is to advance sustainable regional cooperation and foster the values of an open society and democratic engagement through joint initiatives that strengthen regional resilience.
